What we collect and why

When you contact us. If you send a message through the contact form, by email or on LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us, such as your store’s website and your question. We use this only to reply to you and, if we start working together, to prepare and carry out the work.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

When you visit the site. Like all web servers, our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, and are deleted automatically after a short period.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with Google or other font services.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We use these service providers to run the site and reply to you:

• Oderland Webservices AB, Sweden, hosts the website.
• Web3Forms delivers messages from the contact form to our email. Web3Forms may process data outside the EU and EEA. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.

If we work together, we may also share necessary information with senior partners who work on your project. They are bound by confidentiality.

How long we keep your data

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, we keep correspondence for as long as the work continues, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• get a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted
• object to or restrict how we use your data
• receive your data in a portable format

You can also file a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) ataki.ee, or with the data protection authority in your own country.

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top.
